In the last few weeks I've heard stories of incredible heroism, of people turning seemingly impossible scenarios into win-win situations through walking their talk and believing in themselves. And now we arrive at the end of the current phase of acceleration, with Mars entering Cancer and opposing Pluto over the coming forty eight hours. I feel that so far, August has got us ‘up to speed', and now and during the next two or three days decisions will be taken that will shape the long term future. I expect the results emanating from these decisions to become increasingly clear during September, and by the second week of October I feel that the die is cast. I am on record as suggesting that the last week of August is the stickiest time of 2009, and now we're in it I find myself thinking that it's all far too quiet - as though we're in the eye of the storm. Who knows? Perhaps I've had it all wrong with my forecasts of further economic drama to come in September. Six more weeks and we will have a lot more clarity.
