Interesting about the genetically modified flora and fauna.... I read with great dismay that the Food Standards Agency are about to put out a lot of spin to convince the public that GM food is safe! Apparently they have met recently with most of the Britishsupermarket giants(I think Waitrose could be an exception) who want GM products on their shelves...more money for them greedy selfish "monsters of the deep"... (King Lear)Scientists are already afraid that if this goes ahead, a "superweed" could form which could destroy our countryside. I for one will be fighting this tooth and nail. Also very inteesting- giant solar panels... my son's girlfriend is a young French research physicist. The company she works for is currently looking at research into giant solar panels- apparently it wouldn't need many positioned in the major deserts of the world to supply the whole world's energy. Having said that when I informed my local Friends of the Earth about this research, I was not given a good audience- they are all keen on wind turbines in the UK, which I think would destroy the landscape and not give out enough power-backed up by various reports I have read... surely world governments would be far better off joining together to pour money into this incredible new technology? Meanwhile "Steve be careful on your time travels- don't get embroiled in the Battle of Hastings or similar or similar!

Sounds like you are you trying to connect the dots. I'm just guessing that you are finding links between the crisis you've told us about and upheavals or important developments in the past. I love it!! Well, September is said to be the end of the old paradigms ... And the eternal 'Steve' seems to have surpassed conventional time and space to explore his eternal aspect and visit his alternate selves. Taking this opportunity to experience some galactic time travel and encounter profound beings, he is sure to return wiser, possibly enlightened, about the nature of the way things are. But as yet, only he knows... We wait with abated breath for the revelation.
