Looking back over the posts I've made over recent days and then thinking more about it, I realise that the meaning of current and recent (post 1988) astrological phenomena is not so much related to individual planetary effects or even their combined influence as much as it is related to the position in the sky that this phenomena is happening in.  More than half of the major transits and aspects of the last twenty years relate to the zero degree point at the start of Capricorn, and Cancer, the solstice points.  Since the dawn of time our ancestors have marked these points as the most important in the sky, representing both personally and globally our desire for roots, foundations and security along with our need for achievement, success and making a mark on the world.  And now, at the time of perhaps the most intense and concentrated period of human evolution for many thousands of years, these degrees are once again becoming the focus of astrological attention.  So what will the coming nine months bring?  Further change and challenge for many of us, but at the same time the opportunity to aspire to our true potential, primarily by taking responsibility for our individual lives, getting rid of the blame, guilt and control, and empowering ourselves to rise to the glory that lies within us all.  Biggest challenge of our collective lives, we've been waiting millennia for this time, so vindicate the faith and hope that your progenitors placed in you by quite simply dong your very best and do it with a smile on your face, come what may.

and thats it in a nut shell Steve - got it in one - simples!. simply do your very best and do it with a smile on your face. be the very best you can, dont compare your self to anyone else, as there are always lesser and greater people than yourself. and those 'greater' people always always always have a 'catch' to their lives a 'catch' you always think 'phew glad i dont have that energy to live' If you have a chance to think - think positively - another great quote from that golfer who had the brain tumour and came through.... Great posts steve - shame everyone can't read them! It would certainly help a lot of people make sense of the madness!

I hear you.. but unfortunately, for many people, there is a lot of pain associated to that. Growing inequalities which have been compounded by the financial crash.. poverty, in the UK and elsewhere. When people are beated down the ground and they don't have resouces, it is hard to expect that they will be able to rise or even fight. I have been witnessed in the last few weeks of the most alarming false consciousness and lack of consciousness among the middle and lower middle-class.. and I have seen some of these people turn against some of their fellow human beings as they dare to stand up to be counted. And it is worrying because it is only through collective effort (a critical mass) that appropriate change can take place... Finally, when people are beaten dead by circumstances, it is hard to keep a smile... it gets too hard and painful.
