My intention is to write every day, but on average I only get to do it about three hundred times a year and the last four or five days has been so fast for me that I've been too busy living and being to even think about writing - but oh! The networking I've done. Lots and lots of things to say, but a big, big thank you to all the wonderful people who braved the storms to come to Cambridge at the weekend - it's really good to see familiar faces on the other side of the country. Did about thirty readings overall, almost got instantly financially seduced by a SE Asian media company until common sense kicked in and I googled their ethics, heard some real horror stories from clients that made me really grateful for being who I am, ended up on a stand next to a cult I DARE NOT NAME because I don't want to be targeted, and interacted with a few really strong heavy hitters in the techno-magic field. The raw magic that still exists in these islands is primarily on the western fringes, and to take it to the ‘sophisticated' east was interesting, stimulating and fun. And - I didn't lose money. And - much to my surprise and hopefully to yours as well, because of chance meetings, it looks like the Caustic Astrologer may, just may be returning to the airwaves with a new permanent show in the near future.
