24th December 2009

Stonehenge at solstice was OK, no big deal.  Cold, white, no sunrise due to freezing fog, fortunately no tourists because of the weather, lots of pagans and druids.  The magic was there but it was in disguise, only showing itself for fleeting instants to those with both the willingness and the eyes to see it.  Very seductive, but I saw people there who have dabbled with power to their cost, been entranced and enchanted by the glamour and the mystique and I saw what they are now, hollow shells compared to what they were twenty years ago.  Magic and power corrupt as much as money and fame.  Don't look for it, certainly don't try and control it.  Allow it to draw close to you and occasionally dance and surf with it, but never, never never think you own it.  Now - those few of you who were following my blog in 2003 know full well the vitriol I spat at the Total Bxxxxxxd (TB) and his warmongering puppetmasters, vitriol I now usually reserve for bankers and polluters.  But i am going to give it my best shot in the new year before he takes the stand...  I'll publish that Obama article before the new year, kick me if I don't.  And to end, the boys are back in town, and they've left us a really positive reminder of the real world.  Go here.

I am in Australia at present and there was magic in the air Saturday morning 18th December at Oyster Bay Sydney at sunrise. Indefinable but certainly a magic.

boys? boys? what about the girls?? ha ha I am still having the worst year ever, mum,s on her last in hossy, Dad's not far behind, I've just been released from hossy, likely to lose my job in New Year and tha'ts not all. ( Im after some sort of gold misery award) But... there are worse things, I visited the slave ports this year in Ghana, I work with weapons awareness and racism and discrimination. I hope I have learned humility from the atrocities I have encountered. Lets all hope if there is life out there they make themselves known big time. Because at an energetic level we are all the same, need the same and have lost our way somewhere along the lines. Sincere gratitude and thanks to all medical, staff and emergency services everywhere if anyone deserves big pay bonuses they do. May we all remember who we truly are and how we are all connected, have a very Merry Midwinter, peace, love and goodwill to everyone xxx

Hello Steve, I was taken by the fact that there were 23 snow circles created. The number 23 seems to have profound spiritual significance in my life. Does this number have any special meaning that you know of? If so, might you write about it for us? Thanks

Grrr,What a difference a day makes- Saturn and Pluto have moved in with me for Xmas- delightful company (family trouble already)!Yesterday- all my troubles seemed so far away-now where have you heard That before?I was feeling so peaceful yesterday- Anyway I am sick of commercialised Christmas- just watched the news- something like 13 million people shopping on the high street today, and people even expected to do online shopping on Christmas Day! Doesn't anyone realise that this is meant to be a spititual festival? All that matters to me at Christmas is the winter solstice,(and I am going to get to Stonehenge next year) a real living tree in my home, and going to church on Christmas Day(I dont normally go, but always at Christmas - sorry Steve I dont suppose you will like this) but I have my own brand of spiritual beliefs- a mixture of Buddhist/ Red Indian/ pagan/biblical/ beliefs...at the end of the day they all lead to the same thing anyway... Happy Christmas everyone and a peaceful New Year Happy Christams all
