4th January 2010

Everything seems to be closing in on itself...   The next three new Moons are, in order, eclipsed, conjunct Neptune and conjunct Uranus.  As regular readers know, I've suggested many times that both end May and start August will be highly experiential and possibly life changing for many of us.  And if so, then the coming three new Moons are seen as trigger times.  I don't buy into the doom and gloom scenario but I do feel that fundamental changes in humanity's attitude towards each other, the environment and profit/materialism are imminent - but then, I'm a greenie so i would say that!  Nevertheless, I'm sure most astrologers would agree that these are highly unusual times astrologically, and that this type of intensity only comes every few centuries at the most - and the beautiful thing is that thirteen months from now, this period will be on the wane.  That's no consolation to many of you I know, but hey! - don't shoot the messenger.  When your back is against the wall, you know that everything is in front of you and there's only one way to go - forwards and onwards and outwards.  UPDATE - OK, I'm almost embarrassed to admit it, but I'm tweeting under the name stevejudd007 (already heard them).  And - I'm involved in a new venture, trying to match people around the world with their astrological twin, i.e. matching those born on the same day, same year.  Go here for the details.

Happy New Year - fun times ahead eh! Just first impression of you astro twin site - I just got through the registering process and am suprised to see that you are not asking for time of birth - without that it doesn't seem much point, if I am not matched with the same ascendent sign. Are you planning to do this too?

Twitter,Facebook, msn etc-oh the joys of the electronic world...As 2010 starts, one of my New Years resolutions is to start being a lot more self disciplined especially with the internet. My inbox is becoming increasingly filled up with all sorts of stuff- various astrology sites I have looked at are sending me far to many automatic messages- One day last week:here are a selection:-headlines" What were you in a past life"( umm dont care whether I was a woodlouse/ Queen Elizabeth 1 etc)or What's happening in 2012( answer...here we go again...) Or various dating sites:- headline "You are highly compatible with...(some man that hasn't got a photograph who sounds totally unsuitable and lives about a million miles from the area I have specified!) So Im taking a long hard look at this whole spurious world..... Interestingly Lily Allen said yesterday that she is dumping all of it- Facebook msn, everything in an attempt to reconnect with the real world- well I wouldn't go as far as that but I know what she means......

Steve, I just had to respond to your post. I was married to my twin some years ago (marriage ended 1997) ie he was born same day, same year but in the southern hemisphere. I have to say it wasn't a match made in the heavens though. We lasted 3 years, but I do think we were somewhat hooked by the idea that we were astrological twins which might have blurred better judgement. What do you think on these matters....and should I try again :) ......
