What makes a person psychic?  i've met many, many people who claim to be psychic, but more than 99% of them are merely clairaudient, clairvoyent,mediumistic or generally super sensitive.  Indeed, some are definitely intuitive to a high degree.  But few, if any, are psychic.  Psychic means that you can't turn it off, that you know everything all the time, it's a curse as much as if not more than a blessing.  And astrologically it's the interaction between the Moon and the outer planets that denote different levels of sensitivity.  Positive aspects betwen the Moon and Uranus give one a sense of living in a different time zone, precognitive, knowing that things are about to happen or answering questions before they're asked.  Definitely virtual black pointed hat.  Moon Neptune positive contacts really do bring ultra intuitive felings, where the capacity for empathy and sensitivity is at a high.  Moon/Pluto brings the psychic, especially the conjunction or opposition, and you wouldn't wish it on your worst enemy.  And when there's difficult aspects between the Moon and any of the outer planets, things can get messy.  Obsessive/complusive with Pluto, neurotic with Neptune, or choatic and disruptive with Uranus.  So if you want to relate to the more subconscious and super sensory stuff in your life, look at the Moon and its aspects to the outer planets.
