Cometh the moment, cometh the man. Gordon Brown (20 Feb 51, 08.40, Glasgow). With Pluto sitting on his Midheaven all of this year and Jupiter about to pass over lots of his personal points in the coming two months, I think that he's about to come out fighting in a way not seen before. There is nothing dishonest about this man, although his dour attitude doesn't endear him. He has a challenging Sun/Saturn aspect which suggests conscientious hard work and getting younger as he gets older. He will never leave politics, and will be seen as a grandee or elder statesman as he ages. David Cameron (9 Oct 66, 06.00, London) currently has Saturn sitting on his Ascendant, and as soon as that leaves in August he then has a year of Saturn sitting on his Sun. Not good for popularity, his chart bears too much of a resemblance to Thatcher's for my liking. I suggest his upbringing and particularly parental influence (Ceres on his Midheaven) is a major contributing factor to his doctrine. I think I'm right in saying that he, his wife and their families 'own' large swathes of land in middle England. Balanced on the surface, cavalier underneath. Nick Clegg (7 Jan 67, Chalfont St Giles - anyone got a birth time for him?) has a great Moon in Sagittarius, unlike the other two with their almost childlike Moons in Leo. But Pluto won't pass on Clegg's Capricorn Sun for another four or five years yet, I think his time is yet to come and that he is playing the long game. I note that Clegg and Cameron both have Saturn at 24 Pisces, the same degree as Brown's Venus, and that Jupiter will pass here in the first week of May. Expect fireworks at that time. I know I've said before that it will be a hung parliament, that's still my favourite option. But there's a growing sense of a minority government, in which case Clegg could easily become king maker. So who do I think will be Prime Minister of the UK by the end of May? Really tough call, but the astrology says that Brown and Clegg have better chances than Cameron. Brown, with Vince Cable as the new chancellor. What a nice dream that would be!

I have great respect for you as an Astrologer Steve but you are sounding very class conscious which is very disappointing. Just because a person has wealth does not mean they have no feeling or empathy with those who have less. You will often find they give far more because they do not have the fear of loss that the rest of us grow up with.

Reading through the last few days blog -fascinating stuff! All that everyone fears is change, and that's whats coming! I'm looking forward to it and know there are many more people waiting in anticipation as things are changing for good. I believe that all is within and we all have this to share. Thank you Steve, blessings

Well none of them are getting my vote until they answer a letter which I will be sending to all three of them shortly asking various questions including: Are we going to get a referundum on the Lisbon Treaty, why they are suggesting spending £97 billion on replacing Trident, and now to my abject horror- a new high speed rail link going through the Chilterns costing £30 billion...Also are they really not going to go ahead with the third Heathrow Runway(something else for my environmental friends to campaign against...)Surely commensense dictates that the country cannot afford these ridiculous unneccessary projects-arent we meant to be in the worst debt crisis for years? Do we really need a train that travels at 250mph?I shant be catching the damned thing- There are far cheaper alternatives to Trident. Also why not subject the banks to the strict regulations they were subject to years ago...Also why are we opening our doors to streams of people from another foreign country-(Turkey) nothing against these good people but arent we as an island busting at the seams with people, cars etc what sort of quality of life will we have in 25 years time- roads at gridlock, the air full of planes so that a large proportion of Britain will be subject to aircraft noise similar to living next to Heathrow...people shoulder to shoulder wherever you go......numerous people out of work, because there are no jobs anyway-we have destroyed our manufacturing base and most of the wages have been driven down so companies can take on cheap labour from abroad)I shall also be asking other leading questions not about Broken Britain, but as I see it Dying Britain......Somebody somewhere needs to slam their foot on the brakes, and say hey lets stop escalating faster and faster this downward spiral before its to late...and start ruling with commonsense...
