25th March 2010

UPDATE 09.01 UK time - within the hour the Moon leaves Cancer and enters Leo, immediately conjuncting Mars, lasting for the next ten hours.  Again, a potentially explosive day but also a day where with self discipline and clear intent major restucturing and refinement can occur. UPDATE OVER.  My website is nearly ten years old; the blog section only sixteen months.  But in that time the blog (that's YOU) has taken on a life of its own.  It's as though the blog has become my counsellor, mentor, therapist and spiritual advisor, a window on the world that brings me a vast range of opinion and feeling.  I've realised that like me, most of the contributors are highly dissatisfied with what passes for intelligent behaviour and also like me are looking for greater meaning and depth in the world around them than is commonly perceivable.  The blog has taken on a life of its own, I only feed it the refined produce of the readings of recent days, and the ongoing collective gestalt as I see it.  But it's led me into some strange but wonderful interactions with others, most of whom I feel that I know really well even though I couldn't tell you what they look like or anything about their lives.  Through seeing accelerated change in client's charts and relating these changes through myself into and onto the world it's clear to me that something major is going on in terms of species evolution at the consciousness level, and 'spiritual academia' is one of the new languages to clarify this change.  I see through their charts the struggles and challenges, crisis and trauma that people go through - and occasionally, also, the love, the pleasure and the fun - and sometimes, all I can say is 'hang in there'.  So thank you to them, for what they endure, and thank you to you, for all that you do.  Take four minutes out of your life today and listen to this.

Hello Steve, First, another huge thank you for all you bring here. It's gotten to be a regular that I stop in to see what new thoughts you express, or how others are also finding the times. It's interesting, I see two themes or sort of types of atmosphere. Some people are really struggling, very muchcaught up in effects, drama, reactivity, and others are finding energies easier, lighter, clearer and easier. I'm not sure why this is, if it's all about choice. I think not. I would guess some of it has to do with chart aspects and some with spiritual bank account in terms of awareness, priority and thought choice? I can say that, for me, some things that were frustrating blocks a few months ago just feel easier now. I've been able to have some very peacefully clarifying and freeing conversations in relationships, win/win. Money just feels easier. Opportunity feels more lik "Why not?" instead of "oh no! How can this ever...? How will ever...?" I do wish our U.S. healthcare drama would settle down. It is the collective working it out. Thanks again for all you bring, all you do and just for being you!

Interesting that the moon has just left Cancer. I'm a Cancerian who has had to resort to a lunar calender to help me deal with the moon's cycles. Can anyone recommend a good book on lunar cycles? I'd like to learn more about how they affect people's moods, particularly Cancerians. It can be a real pain sometimes.

Steve, your thought for the day brought tears to my eyes earlier, because your words state exactly how I feel about your website- somehow it has become the window of my soul...it represents all that matters to me the magical, mysterious unknown, the past, the future, ..., Wiltshire, Stonehenge, protests, (loved the Sieze the Day video- thanks for that and good to see they're linked with people involved in the week of protests in April against the Tarsands.....)and your site too has become a counsellor, spiritual mentor- its crazy. There are some things I disagree with, and sometimes I get upset with it all- but like you say its all about free expression.... So Steve thank you you are so important to us all, you are unique, you help people so much- you help me pick my way through the "Wildwood" of people and energies out there that are so nebulous.....in my darkest moments either you or someone on this site seems to be there to give some sort of message of hope.....I am signing off for now with sending you a video which sums up my feelings about this site... "Bohemian like you" ....

I was under the impression that it's only Aries people who leave comments on your site until I noticed a comment from a Cancerian....hurrah. Any room for an Aquarian? (Nothing personal Aries, I do like you....)

I really enjoyed you while you were sitting in for Jonathan Cainer. Your daily forecasts were very accurate.

In my view as I write, an estuary beyond the garden, the tide goes out, the tide comes in. It is coming in for me right now, just like you said it would, time to go fishing, metaphorically of course, but thank you Steve, I read your page every day and am a big fan.

'Can anyone recommend a good book on lunar cycles? I'd like to learn more about how they affect people's moods, particularly Cancerians. It can be a real pain sometimes.' www.serennu.com gives good info on cycles. One of the best ways to learn about how these cycles affect you is is not to read someone else's interpretation and see if it fits for you, but to record your own experience of how you are feel at each different stage. It's like keeping a Moon journal. Then you will know how it is for YOU and what to anticipate. You will hopefully also learn a bit on how to manage yourself through those cycles as you gain more experience. This was good advice given to me - and I send it on to you. From a fellow Cancerian, hope it goes well for you.
