I normally record the monthly videos as late as possible to maximize current influences. Late last week, the man who makes the videos happen, Mr. Birthday Matcher, got diagnosed with kidney cancer, he's under the knife in a few days time. So this month's video's are shorter and not the normal. Please remember that essentially I am a one man band (with a little bit of valued help). Normal service resumed next month.

The key word this month is opportunity. The up side of this is that if you can hold your focus and concentrate on the task in hand to the exclusion of all other influences, then you can get results to a quality of degree that is normally not available. However, there are two major pitfalls on the way. You can find yourself being derailed, either by the demands of the workplace or else by issues concerning home and family situations. In either case, you can't afford to spread yourself too thinly. Make your mind up about what has priority, then stick to it and put everything else second. This guarantees that you will get things done effectively, and in order.
Romance and Relationship
It's a weird kind of balance this month. You can easily price yourself out of the market by declining all manner of offers due to your short term fussy nature, and by doing so you'll miss out on some great opportunities. Alternatively, if you take all of the chances unfolding around you now, you'll find that you'll become complacent and lose your discernment. So be selective, but not choosy. Be dynamic and proactive, but not impulsive or rash, and by acting with just the slightest degree of self discipline, you should find that the quality of person around you significantly improves.
Work and Money
This month represents the end of the limitations and restrictions that seem to have plagued your professional status over recent months, but having said that it doesn't give you carte blanche to go full speed ahead. Now that the pressure is decreasing, perhaps it's a good time to step back and look at the last nine months from a more objective and detached perspective, because from a more impersonal position you can see the long term a lot more clearly, and thus project into the future with a great deal more common sense. Step down a gear, and be a little more gentle with yourself and others.
Health and Spirit
Increasingly you'll find that this time is bringing the potential for new beginnings, or at least the option of them. If you take the chances that this time brings then you'll do well. If you don't take them, you lose nothing, but be aware that opportunities for growth such as they are now come rarely. The challenge is not so much to cope with the big changes that are ongoing, but to cope with the day by day minutia that seems to somehow always get in the way and divert you from the central theme or direction. You can be like a child with a new box of toys, but take them out one at a time; you've all the time in the world.

Still in recovery from the first eight years of this century, there is nevertheless the first sign of new stability and solidity on the horizon. This is a year for broadening the mind in a way that also brings self discipline and personal focus. It's a great year for learning in nine months what would normally take you two years, or for becoming steadily more specialised in your work. There are some of you, primarily those born after the 16th, who are still going through helter-skelter times, but even then this is the final year so hang in there. 2010 is a year for steadily and gradually recovering and re-emerging back out into the world in a more focussed and concentrated way.
Romance and Relationship
The period of the end of April through to the first week of June is seen as the most opportunistic and beneficial for you in terms of attracting both quality and quantity towards you, with the latter two weeks of April particularly favourable. And although 2010 offers no new challenges in long term relationship patterns, neither does it bring any specific rewards or opportunities. It's a year of redefining your tastes, and asking yourself if you still fit the same patterns as you did a year or two ago. Needs, wants and priorities have changed; new rules are beginning to apply, so stay alert for change.
Business and Finance
Some of you, particularly those born before the 28th of May, will find that the middle four months of the year bring a number of very positive opportunities and chances in ways that make your financial and professional status potentially a lot more secure and rewarding. Others, particularly those born after the 14th, may find this year a time of having limits imposed if you're not cautious with your investments. Over the top situations are more likely over August and September, but this time apart 2010 is generally a favourable financial year as long as diligent moderation is observed.
Health and Spirit
The first half of the year can be quite frenetic, but by the start of June the excesses have evaporated. It's only really those of you born after the 16th that are under any type of challenge, and even here it's a time of experience as opposed to action or decision. There appears to be a slow but steadily increasing degree of new stability beginning to emerge as the year progresses. Hot spot will be with the Gemini full Moon on December 21st, which is a total eclipse, so shields up at this time as things could suddenly become a lot more embroiled than you would wish....
MERCURY is in your sign very briefly from June 10th to 25th.
VENUS enters Gemini on the 25th April and leaves on the 20th May.
MARS doesn't touch you in 2010
JUPITER is likely to be an over expansive nuisance during the first four months of the year, but isn't directly touching you.
SATURN is only challenging those of you born after the 16th and then only until July, from when on it leaves you alone, even bringing solidity and stability to Gemini's born in May.
URANUS will bring the challenge of change into some of your lives, particularly if you're born after the 17th
NEPTUNE is bringing in a degree of refinement and subtlety to those of you born after the 16th.
