Late last week, the man who makes the videos happen, Mr. Birthday Matcher, got diagnosed with kidney cancer, he's under the knife in a few days time. Your reputation for being the strong and quiet power behind the scenes is well deserved this month. There's no need to come out into the limelight, you've spent many months preparing for this time so have just a little more patience and before the end of July you'll see clear signs of steady improvement. Sometimes exerting subtle pressure over a long time is far more resultant than taking one-off incisive action, and during these months you'll find gradual results finally unfolding. Actions aren't scheduled for a few months yet - it's still a time of gently inserting yourself into what's going on around you and subtly making yourself indispensable.
Romance and Relationship
Although the start of July can bring a number of disagreements into your personal life, you should find that these are primarily day to day interactions and are nothing to write home about. By the time you're into the second two thirds of the month you should find that things have calmed down and that your one to one situations are becoming steadily more harmonious. There are distinct opportunities around for you to find a greater degree of balance in your relationships, and people will find you more than willing to met them halfway - just don't compromise too much!
Work and Money
There's a shift in the energy dynamic around you during this month, a shift that in the short term can create a feeling of unease. There's nothing to worry about, but this change of energy is serving notice on you that your recent period of being more behind the scenes is beginning to draw to a close, and you're loosening your ties with the past and just starting the road to new beginnings. This will escalate as you approach September onwards, but in the short term perhaps it's a good idea to flex those metaphorical muscles and start the shift from first into second gear.
Health and Spirit
You've been in the background for so long now that hopefully you've used this time and now have a fairly substantial power base building, from which you will come out in a more invulnerable and proactive way, but not just yet.... Continue slowly stoking up the fires, building both your energy and reserves, knowing that by doing so you are doing your medium term future a big favour. By Equinox the brakes will be off and from then on it's action all the way for a couple of months, but for now it's time to steadily add to your repertoire and keep the home fires burning.

Whisper it quietly, but this year is one of relative calm and success, at least compared to the rest of the world. You should find that the first half of the year has a number of opportunities developing for personal development and growth, and if you take two thirds of these opportunities all will be well. There's no sign of limitation or disruption, and only those of you born after the 17th are still under any type of cloud at all. By staying low and behind the scenes, you can permeate and insinuate yourself into situations that are certainly good for your long term future. No need to go too big, everything is going according to plan.
Romance and Relationship
During most of September and October both Venus and Mars are in Scorpio, indeed because of its retrograde motion Venus will be in your sign from early September to the end of the year, so you can expect the last four months of 2010 to be a test of value, experiences that challenge you to reconsider what it is that you really want from your personal relationship patterns. You can be successful in the short term if you retreat into old patterns, but the future is about changing and refining your value systems, thus empowering better quality relationships to enter your life.
Business and Finance
There are no new challenges coming in this year that suggest that either your professional or your financial situation are going to get any worse, but at the same time you're going to have to work hard if you want to get ahead. There's nothing stopping you, but you will have to put effort in. The first four months of the year are the most opportunistic, and positive developments during this time augurs well for the future. Just keep much of your powder dry, the time for major restructuring is till a year or two away and until then it is slow steady progress.
Health and Spirit
There is a general background energy of refinement and transformation ongoing over the whole of 2010 in a way that that encourages self belief and self confidence and negates worry. It is only really those of you born after the 17th that are under any type of difficult influence, and even this is comparatively tame as long as you are not closed to change. You're actually in a good place to help others for no other reason than that of investing in the future - it will be remembered should you ever need help. So remember that what goes round comes round.
