As befits your nature, this month’s forecast is split into two. Some of you will find that the month offers a great potential for a once in a lifetime break where you can get away from it all and have a holiday where you can truly relax. Others of you will find that January offers a more poetic and philosophical approach to life, where issues of truth and honesty outweigh the needs of leisure and pleasure. To complicate matters further, those of you born in May are having a more experiential time than those born in June, although for all Gemini’s there is an element of mildly abrasive sandpaper about the month, not strong enough to be a problem but certainly an irritation.
Business and Finance
It’s easier to live within self imposed limitations than within those imposed upon you by others, and providing you’re willing to exercise a strong degree of self discipline (sorry!) you’ll find that this month slowly but steadily improves. You’ll have to sacrifice short term gains in favour of long term effort, because only the latter is sustainable and the more you put in the more you get out. Short cuts now will only lead to irreparable damage in the future, and if you do it the hard way you only have to do it once.
Romance and Relationship
The best communication within relationships is sometimes non verbal, and that’s certainly the case at the moment. The more you try and explain yourself or even logically understand what’s going on, the more of a mess you seem to get yourself into. Far better to stay below the radar screen and keep things steadily ticking over, rather than risk chancing your arm in speculative ventures that probably won’t work. Health and Spirit
Whether you like it or not, there are some adjustments in attitude needed so that you can continue to ‘fit in’. This is not surrender, but it is to an extent compromise. Compromise is better than outright confrontation, which you may well lose. With compromise everyone gets something. Your shape shifting abilities and your capacity to act chameleon like according to your environment will come in handy this month. By all means meet people halfway, but don’t become too insincere will you?

After what seems like two years of hell, the pace of life decreases slightly as 2009 evolves. The intensity and extremes of recent years have turned the coal into diamond, but there are still some rough edges to smooth over and some of you are coming up for a bumpy ride. Those of you born from the 13th to the 17th are the ones most up for change, and you’re not going to be able to hang on to stability so why not surf the wave of change as opposed to getting thrown all over the place by it. Those born from the 6th to the 12th are having a hard first six months to the year, where choices have to be made and priorities have to be established. But to balance this some of you will find this year great for travelling, especially if the purpose of the journey is for education and consciousness expansion as much as luxury or profit. And if it’s not travelling physically, it will be travelling mentally, so higher education or a more concentrated and focussed area of concentration is likely to evolve. The year gets steadily better for most of you.
